Hi, I'm Violeta.
Psychologist, yoga teacher,
and dancer.
I have 500 hours of yoga training from India, a background in clinical psychology, and years of professional dance — Ballet, salsa, bachata, and the kind of movement that moves you from the inside out.
I created this experience because I've lived what you're going through. And I know that the path back to yourself isn't through more thinking. It's through your body.
The experience

Day one
Feel It
We begin by dropping out of the mind and into the body. Through gentle yoga and somatic awareness, you'll start to notice what you've been carrying — and where you hold it.

Emotions are information. Today we use psychology and breathwork to move from chaos to clarity — from "I feel terrible" to understanding exactly what you need.

Move With It
Understanding is not enough. Today we integrate — through movement, expression, and ritual — so that what you've discovered doesn't stay in your journal. It lives in your body.
