Each week includes a short philosophy segment where we explore the foundations of the practice: the eight limbs, the role of breath (Ujjayi pranayama), drishti, bandhas, and what it actually means to practice with intention. You'll understand why you're doing what you're doing — and that changes everything.
This is where the inner work happens.Every week you'll receive a guided journaling prompt designed to help you connect movement with emotion — exploring what comes up in your body, your patterns, your resistance, and your growth.This isn't therapy. It's a structured space to turn awareness into real change.

Each week we break down the key poses with a focus on safe alignment and injury prevention.You'll learn the most common mistakes (and how to fix them), how to work with your body's limits without forcing, and how to use modifications that actually support your practice — not just "easier versions."
