Hi, I'm Violeta.
Psychologist, yoga teacher,
and dancer.

I've spent years at the intersection of psychology, yoga philosophy, and movement — and the one thing I've learned is this: the body is not separate from healing. It is the healing.

I have 500 hours of yoga training from India, a background in clinical psychology, and years of professional dance — Ballet, salsa, bachata, and the kind of movement that moves you from the inside out.
I created this experience because I've lived what you're going through. And I know that the path back to yourself isn't through more thinking. It's through your body.

Feel It

We begin by dropping out of the mind and into the body. Through gentle yoga and somatic awareness, you'll start to notice what you've been carrying — and where you hold it.

Move With It

Recordings for 7 days

Can't make it live one day? Every session is recorded. You'll have one full week to revisit any moment, re-do the practice, and sit with what came up.

Daily journal prompts

Each session closes with a carefully crafted prompt designed to take the movement inward. These aren't generic questions — they're built to unlock what the body just opened.

Do I need any yoga experience?

None at all. This experience is designed for anyone who has a body and is willing to listen to it. The movement is accessible — the depth comes from your willingness to be present, not from how flexible you are.

What if I can't attend one of the live sessions?

Every session is recorded and you'll have access for 7 days. We highly recommend joining live when you can — the group energy is part of the experience — but life happens, and the recording will still be yours.

What time will the sessions be?

Session times will be confirmed after registration. We work across time zones and will share the schedule as soon as the group is confirmed. If timing is a concern, reach out before joining.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a guided experiential program that draws on psychology, yoga, and movement. It's educational and somatic — not a substitute for clinical therapy. If you're in crisis, please seek professional support.

What do I need to participate?

A quiet space, a yoga mat (or just enough room to move), and an internet connection. That's it. Wear something comfortable and come ready to feel.
